Hot Water and I played the opening night of Alcatraz, a club in Poznan, Poland (kitty corner from a large prison) with a state of the art sound equipment and two vibrant floors ready to be played, so there was much excitement in the air, huge audience including Stanislaw Sojka, the press, the works. The concert was high voltage and high energy and a pretty darn good time was had by all. An Agencja Ikart production.
We really mean it when we say we came from humble beginnings.. My first recording session with Maciej took place over one unbearably hot Polish Summer in a tiny basement converted into a make shift studio. The a/c was non-existant, the equipment shifty yet we had the best time working, the hardest laughs and a never ending flow of visitors at all hours of the day and night.
